All the candidates who have qualified for the INI-CET May 2023 examination with the minimum cut-off score will be eligible for the AIIMS INI-CET counselling 2023.

INI-CET Counselling 2023

INI CET 2023 counselling for the July session will include online registration, choice declaration, processing of seats, the result of seat allotment, and reporting to allotted colleges with documents.

A total of 5 rounds of counselling (online) will be held for seat allocation, including mock round and 1070 seats will be allotted through INI-CET counselling 2023.

Candidates must register online for the INI-CET counselling and login with their registration ID, Exam Unique Code (EUC), password, and captcha code.

Afterwards, they must fill in personal and academic details to generate a new counselling registration ID and password.

It is to be noted that the choices are filled and locked before the deadline for seat allotment. Candidates have the option to edit/rearrange their choices for college and specialisation in the given timeframe. After the given time, all the options get automatically locked.

INI-CET Counselling 2023: Process

The process of seat allocation for INI CET 2023 has several essential steps, which include online registration at the official website of AIIMS, choice filling and locking, document verification, payment of counselling fee, and seat allotment.

The admission procedure for postgraduate courses through INI CET commences with the registration process. Candidates must complete the mandatory online registration on the official website of AIIMS to participate in the counselling rounds.

During the registration, candidates are required to provide their preferences for the speciality and college choices through the designated portal.

AIIMS Delhi prepares the seat allotment list for the INI CET 2023 counselling, considering various factors such as the candidate's choice preferences, seat availability, INI CET result, and reservation criteria.

• Step 1: Registration

  Registration for the INI-CET counselling consists of two steps:
  

  • Eligible candidates have to register themselves online on the official website of AIIMS to apply for the INI-CET 2023 counselling.
  • Once they complete the registration process, they will be granted a new candidate id and password.

• Step 2: Filling the Preferences

  This step is all about choosing and filling in your preferences for your desired college. Here, candidates will have to log in to their registered account and follow the instructions listed below:
  

  • Click on “Make choice”
  • To add a choice, select the preferred institute
  • Once you’ve selected your choice, click on “Add choice”
  • If you want to remove a choice, click on the “Delete” option
  • Click on “Save” after filling in your preference
  • Choices once submitted, can’t be changed. Hence, carefully check your choice and confirm it.

• Step 3: Allotment Result for the Mock Round

  On the basis of the preferences filled by the candidates, the seat allotment list for the mock round of INI-CET 2023 counselling is prepared.

• Step 4: Final Submission of Campus Preference

  This is the final chance for candidates to edit/change their preferences for their desired AIIMS institute before the final seat allotment list is prepared. Hence, candidates are advised to carefully check and fill in the right preferences. Candidates who fail to do so will not be considered for the next round of counselling.

• Step 5: Seat Allotment List

  A final list of the candidates who are selected will be displayed on the official website of AIIMS.

• Step 6: Accepting or Decling the Allocated Seat

  All the candidates who finally make it to the seat allotment list of the INI-CET 2023 counselling will have two options with them. The first option is to choose the seat allocated to them, and the second option is to reject it.
  
  Candidates must log in to their registered account and choose from the following options:
  Option 1: Accept the seat allotted to you and share your consent for not participating in the further rounds of counselling.
  Option 2: Accept the seat and provide the willingness to participate in the second round of counselling.
  
  Please note that if a candidate decides to choose the second option, then he/she will have to accept the seat that will be allotted to him/her in the second round. The seat allocated to the candidate in the first round of counselling will be considered vacant and will be automatically transferred to other candidates in order of merit.
  
  Candidates must be clear about one thing that there is no option to refuse the seat allotted to them.
  
  They must select one of the options after logging into their registered account. Failure to select an option will result in the forfeiture of the allocated seat. It will leave the candidate ineligible for further rounds except for the open round of Seat Allocation.

• Step 7: Reporting to the Insitute for Documents Verification

  Those candidates who accept the seat allocated to them during the counselling will have to report to the allotted institute for documents verification. Candidates who fail to report to the institute will end up losing the seat allocated to them. They will also not be eligible to participate in the next round of counselling.
  
  However, candidates can participate in the open round of INI CET 2023 counselling.

Documents Required for the INI-CET 2023 Counselling

The admission of a candidate to the allotted institute will only be confirmed upon successful verification of his/her documents. Candidates are required to carry their original and self-attested copies when they report to the institute. The list of the document required is listed below:

• Allotment letter
• Registration slip
• INI CET 2023 admit card
• MBBS/ BDS degree certificate
• Marksheets of MBBS/ BDS professional examinations
• Internship completion certificate
• Provisional/permanent registration certificate issued by MCI/state medical council or DCI/state dental council
• Class 10 certificate/Birth certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
