Yes, you can bookmark any question, video, test, or treasure by tapping on the Bookmark icon displayed on the respective screens.
How can I see my bookmarks?
You can see your Bookmarks in 2 different ways.
Can I take screenshots?
No, you cannot take the screenshots of the Video player and Notes screen. If your account is observed taking screenshots more than 3 times on iOS, it will be flagged and you won’t be able to access the content for 15 days.
Can I connect to the faculty directly through the app?
Yes, you can connect to the faculty directly through the app. Simply click on the ME tab ->Doubts. This will redirect you to the PrepLadder Premium Group on Facebook, where you can post your doubts. The respective faculty will respond to the thread accordingly within a feasible time.
If I’ve subscribed to PrepLadder’s Medical PG course, can I switch to FMGE?
Yes, you can switch to FMGE from Medical PG.

What happens if I permanently delete my PrepLadder account?
By deleting your account permanently-
You’ll be logged out of Prepladder & your account will no longer be usable.
Your active subscription will be canceled.
You’ll not be able to access your downloaded/saved videos.
You’ll not be able to access your bookmarked content.
You’ll not be able to sign in to your account. You’ll have to sign up/register again.
How do I permanently delete my account?
After your account has been deleted, you won't be able to retrieve anything you've added.
To permanently delete your account:
From your Me tab, click settings
Select delete my account
Choose the reason why are you deleting the account
Click continue and read all the things that will be deleted.
Choose Delete Account, then type the text into the input box
Click Delete account.
Can I cancel my account deletion?
If it's been less than 10 days since you initiated the deletion, you can cancel your account deletion. After 10 days, your account and all of your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.It may take up to 30 days from the beginning of the deletion process to delete all the things in your account including data with third parties. While we're deleting this information, you will not able to access your account.
Copies of your financial information may remain after the 90 days in backup storage that we use for accounting purposes. Learn more about our Privacy Policy.

What will happen to my statistics if I switch to the QBank 6.0?
All the QBank progress stats, the trophies, and the stars you earned will reset. You can earn them again as you solve the QBank 6.0.
In QBank 6.0, what is the difference between the guide mode and the exam mode?
In guide mode, you can view the solution once you attempt the question. However, in exam mode, the solution to all the questions will be visible after you complete the QBank. To see the solutions, click on ‘view solutions’ on the analysis screen.

For our existing students who have purchased the premium plan before 11th Nov 2020 their account is registered primarily with the email id used during onboarding. Thus, all your data, bookmarks, tests, and usage is safe on the cloud even if you Login to a new device with the same credentials (you cannot change your email address once registered).

Can I share my subscription?
No, you cannot share your subscription. Sharing won't be possible, but you can use the same credentials (login information) to log in on 2 different devices. Unfortunately, there is a catch: neither of these devices can play videos at the same time.
Note: We advise you not to disclose your credentials to anyone.
Can I change my subscription plan after purchasing?
No, you can only upgrade your existing plan or extend the duration of your subscription.
If I change my registered mobile number, does it affect my account?
What if I have subscribed for the Premium plan, but it is not reflecting on my app?
We advise you to please close the app and open it again. Next, try logging out and logging in again. If it still doesn't work, then use our ChatBot option for immediate assistance.
What if I am using any other preparation resource? Can I still benefit from PRO Plan?

No, once the plan is active for the chosen duration, you won’t be able to pause your subscription. We advise you to keep enjoying the benefits of quality learning and not pause your subscription.

Yes, the questions of QBank and Mock Tests are distinct and both are prepared by our in-house content team. We provide content from one of the best sources and guarantee authenticity.
Can I get a PDF of the QBank?
No, you cannot get a PDF of the QBank.
How can I save a question for revision?
It's simple! You can bookmark a question while attempting a QBank. To view/access bookmarked questions, you can tap the Bookmarks icon on the QBank screen. Additionally, you can also go to the HOME->Quick links->Bookmarks to access saved/bookmarked questions.
Can I edit or delete my bookmarks?
Yes, you can edit or delete bookmarked Videos, Tests, QBank, and Treasures by clicking on the EDIT option on the top right corner of the Bookmarks screen. Simply, select the Bookmarks you want to edit or delete and then click on the Edit button.
Note: You can edit or delete any Bookmarks at your convenience.
How can I report an error in case of a single question?
Simply click Report on the QBank screen that appears after you successfully submit the questions’ response. Here, you can submit your query and select the type of error. Our content team will look into it and respond as soon as they can.
Can I reset my QBank and start again?
Yes, you can reset your QBank and start again by following the below-mentioned steps.
NOTE: You can only reset your content once every 6 months. This will reset any previously completed/attempted videos, questions in the QBank, Videos, Bookmarks, Saved videos, and Custom Transcripts. Since it won't be possible to undo the modifications once the reset has been done, we suggest you make a wise decision while doing it.
What is a Custom Module?
Custom Module is a customized QBank that can be personalized by choosing the Number of Questions, Difficulty level, Questions Category, System Tags, Exam Tags, and Mode of Questions. Once created, you can start the module and similarly create more modules for your practice.
How many Custom Modules can I create?
You can create 300 Custom Modules in a month and 15 in a day. However, you’ll be able to view only past 3 Custom Modules. In case you want to create a new Custom Module, then you’ve to discard an existing (from past 3) Custom Module.
What is Exam Discussion?
Exam Discussion lets you schedule exams for all the 20 subjects by selecting the order of subjects, the first date of the exam, and days of interval. The date sheet of the exams is displayed on the module so that you can take the exams on the scheduled dates. Also, we send you an email notification of the scheduled date sheet for all the subjects as per your selected order. Exam Discussion helps you to undergo actual Test series and thoroughly prepares you for the exam.

If you’re unhappy with a video session, we will appreciate your valuable feedback on the matter. On the video player screen, click on three dots in the top-right corner->Leave feedback and rate the Video.

Is there any other language in which the videos can be watched?
When is the ideal time to take PrepTest?
There is no ideal time to take the PrepTest. We advise you to not wait for the right moment and take the test once you are well prepared.
Can I retake a test?
No, you cannot retake the test. If you want to retake the test, you’ll have to reset your account, which will result in losing all your videos, QBank, tests, statistics, etc.
Note: You can only reattempt the test to boost your speed & accuracy, but it won’t impact your performance card.
Where can I view the answers for a test I have taken?
Answers for the tests are shown on the performance card once your test has been submitted successfully. The performance card consists of two sections: Analysis and Solution. You can click on the Solution tab to view the answers for correct, incorrect, and unattempted questions. Or else, you can click on the Analysis tab to view the complete overview of your performance such as All India Rank, Marks, Percentile, Time Taken, etc.
Can I take tests after the results are announced?
Yes, you can take the tests after the results are announced, but in that case, you will receive the ‘Predicted Rank’, not the real-time rank.
What is a predicted rank?
Predicted Rank is the rank that you get when you take the test after the exam window closes. For example, if you’ve taken the test after the results are published, you will get the predicted rank instead of the real-time rank.
Will I get to know the number of participants in the tests?
Yes, you can know the number of participants in the test. When the result is out, you’ll be able to see your rank among other candidates participating in the test.

How do I know if my streak has been completed or not?
Whenever you complete a streak, you’ll get a pop-up with a congratulations message, showing your daily goal. Or else, you can check your detailed streak by clicking on the ME tab. On scrolling, you’ll see a streaks section, where you can view your daily progress. You can choose any date from the calendar to keep track of Total Modules completed, MCQs attempted, Hours of watched Videos, and Tests attempted. Once the streak is completed for the day, it is marked “Green”. You can also view your uncompleted streak which is marked “Red”. We suggest you maintain your daily steak to fulfill your dreams.
Note: The calendar displays results according to the Indian Standard Time (IST)
Can I share my earned rewards?
Yes, you can share the Trophies and Stars you’ve earned. Simply click on any reward you wish to share and a popup will display detailed information about your Trophy/Star along with a Watch Appreciation Message dialog box. To hear what a specific faculty member has to say about your rewards, tap this icon. And to share your rewards with your friends, click the share icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Can I save my earnings?
Yes. You can save your earned Trophies and Stars. Clicking on the reward you wish to save, a popup will display detailed information about your Trophy/Star along with a “Save” button on top. To save your reward, click on the “Save” button.
What will happen to my rewards if I reset my content and progress from Settings?
You can reset your content and progress only once in 6 months. If you perform a reset, all your earned rewards data will also be reset and you will have to start all over again. Thus, we request you to please be careful as this action cannot be reversed.
Note: Reset activity may take up to 2 hours to complete. Hence, meantime your earned rewards might take time to reflect.
