Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024

Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024 will be conducted by ACPPGMEC (Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Courses) for candidates who have cleared NEET PG 2024 exam.

Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024

ACPPGMEC will soon release the Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024 date on its official website, and the counselling will be held for 50% State Quota seats of MD/MS/Diploma courses on the basis of the marks obtained in the NEET PG 2024 exam. 

The Gujarat NEET PG counselling will be held online at the official website medadmgujarat.org. Candidates have to register themselves on the official website and after registration, they have to purchase a 14-digit mandatory PIN for Gujarat NEET PG online registration. Candidates must submit and upload their documents on the online portal for verification. 

Important Dates of Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024

Online Registration

All the candidates who wish to take part in the counselling process of NEET PG 2024 must register themselves online at the official website of ACPPGMEC. Candidates have to purchase a 14-digit PIN which will be required to initiate the application form. The PIN can be purchased online or offline by paying an application fee which will be released on the website soon. The PIN will have a 5-digit serial number which will eventually become the user ID of the candidate.

Verification of Documents

After the completion of the registration process, candidates must report to a Help Centre for the verification of documents. The help centres will verify the authenticity of the documents provided by the candidates and determine if they are eligible to participate in the Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024. 

Documents Required for Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024

• MBBS Mark sheets (of all years) 
• Internship completion certificate
• Copy of NEET PG 2024 Result
• Registration Certificate (Provisional/Permanent) issued by Medical Council of India/State Medical Council
• Proof of Date and Place of Birth
• Proof of Indian Citizenship (Passport/Birth Certificate/School leaving certificate/Transfer certificate) 
• Caste certificate issued by competent authorities of Gujarat state only (For SEBC, ST and SC categories)
• EWS certificate (If applicable) 
• Disability certificate (If applicable) 

Candidates must report to a verification centre along with the original documents for their verification. The verification centre can be chosen by a candidate during the registration process. The table below contains the names of all the verification centres.

State Merit List of Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024

ACPPGMEC is the authority that prepares the State Merit List according to the marks obtained by the students in the NEET PG 2024 exam for medical courses. 

It also releases a separate merit list for students of various categories participating in Gujarat NEET PG counselling. 

Choice Filling

All the candidates who have made it to the State Merit list can fill in their choices of preferred course/college in the preference form. Candidates will have to login to the registered account on the official website of Gujarat PG Medical 2024 counselling to submit their choices. 

It is important to note that there is no cap on the number of choices that can be submitted by a candidate. Hence, candidates are advised to fill in as many choices as they can before submitting the preference form.

Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024: Seat Allotment List

The result for each round of Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 is released by the ACPPGMEC  in the form of a seat allotment list. ACPPGMEC considers many factors while preparing a seat allotment list, such as the marks obtained in NEET PG/NEET MDS, the position of the candidate in the state merit list and the choices filled by them in the preference form.

Confirmation of the Admission

Candidates who are allotted a seat during the Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 and wish to retain it must follow the steps given below for confirmation of their admission.

• Login to the registered account to book an appointment at the nearest Help Centre
• Provide bank details for refunds (if any)
• Download the allotment letter and fee challan
• Pay the tuition fee/token amount (online/offline at the nearest Axis Bank branch)
• Download the payment receipt from the ACPPGMEC portal
• Visit the Help Centre at the designated date and time
• Submit the documents in an 11x15-inch envelope with the following details written on it.
