The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), New Delhi, has issued a crucial notice regarding the distribution of the FMGE Pass certificate for the FMG exam held on 20th January 2024 after its results were released on 6th February of the same year.
Candidates who have successfully cleared the exam are advised to collect the FMGE passing certificate in person from the NBEMS office from 20th February 2024 to 6th April 2024.
Candidates who have achieved a minimum score of 150 marks (50% marks or more being the eligibility criteria) out of 300 have been officially declared as 'Pass' by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), and are eligible to receive their pass certificate in person.

Candidates visiting the allotted location to collect the FMGE pass certificate must ensure they carry the ORIGINAL documents listed below to the designated center on the date assigned. If the candidate fails to present the required documents, the FMGE passing certificate will not be issued.

Upon reaching the collection center at the allotted time, the candidate will have to undergo the original document and identity verification process, which will also include confirming their identity by capturing biometrics and Face ID.

Pass certificates will not be issued to any representative or individual other than the candidate themselves, under any circumstances.
Qualified candidates are required to collect their FMGE pass certificates in person from the NBEMS office at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi.
The distribution will take place from 20th February 2024 to 6th April 2024, as per the schedule specified on the entry slip provided to each candidate.
In order to prevent overcrowding at the NBEMS office it is advised to adhere strictly to their assigned time slots. Also, failure to report at the designated time may result in extended wait times.
In case of inability to collect certificates due to some personal issue on the assigned schedule, candidates must seek prior approval from NBEMS through the Communication Web Portal (CWP) for a revised collection schedule.
Candidates failing to collect their FMGE pass certificates within the designated timeframe may do so within 6 months of the result declaration. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of candidature and forfeiture of the pass certificate. Also, after the 6 month period the candidate will not be provided any further opportunity to collect the passing certificate.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NBEMS, i.e. https://natboard.edu.in/
Step 2: At the home page towards the right find the ‘Public Notice’ section.
Step 3: Click on the notification “Distribution of FMGE (Screening Test) December 2023 Pass Certificates”.
Step 4: Upon clicking on the notification you will be redirected to the official PDF which states all the crucial information related to the distribution of FMGE December 2023 pass certificate or the
FMGE Pass Certificate for Jan 2024. Here is the direct link to the PDF by NBEMS.
Step 5: Look for the option “Click here to download the entry slip”. Click on it and
Step 6: Fill in the information including your roll number and date of birth as without entering the requested details you won’t be able to download the entry slip.
Step 7: Now, you can download the FMGE entry slip.
Important Information: The FMG exam passing certificate is a mandatory document for applying for FMGE internships and exams like NEET PG and INI CET.
