Documents Required for FMG Examination
- After successful completion of online registration, candidates will receive an acknowledgement e-mail on his/her registered e-mail Id.
- Candidates are required to send a copy of the acknowledgement e-mail along with copies of the following documents (attested by the Gazetted Officer) to NBE by the specified date.

| 1. | Copy of MBBS Pass Certificate (in English/Hindi) |
| 2. | Copy of MBBS pass certified by the Embassy |
| 3. | Copy of Address proof (Voter Id/Passport/Driving License) |
| 4. | Two Photographs |
| 5. | Annexure B (Page no. of Information Bulletin) |
| 6. | Copy of Date of Birth Proof (Certificate of Matriculation) |
| 7. | Copy of Passport of the applicant (Front and Last Page)Not a mandatory requirement for candidates who have done their MBBS from Nepal |
| 8. | Copy of 10+2 passing certificate |
| 9. | Copy of 10+2 mark sheet |
| 10. | Copy of internship certificate (If done overseas) |
| 11. | Copy of eligibility certificate issued by MCI (if applicable) |
| 12. | Copy of fail certificate /result for Ex-candidates. |
- Candidates who fail to submit the above-listed documents will not be issued the admit card.
