Aplication Procedure

Application forms are required to be submitted online only at the official website. Application Fee: Rs. 5500/-Mode of Payment: Through payment gateway provided using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks in India or through Internet banking

Eligibility Criteria

To appear for FMGE December 2017 screening test, a candidate must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Candidate should be a citizen of India or Overseas Citizen of India.
Candidate must possess a recognized primary medical qualification, i.e. confirmed by the concerned Indian Embassy, to enroll as medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding the said qualification is located.

Note: Cut-off date for obtaining the Primary Medical Qualification is on or before November 30, 2017.

Scheme Of Examination

The exam will be conducted on a single day and in two sessions i.e. Part A & Part B.

Exam Pattern

Intent of Examination	An Indian Citizen/Overseas Citizen of India possessing a primary Medical qualification awarded by any Foreign Medical institution and is desirous of getting Provisional/ Permanent registration with State Medical Council.
Periodicity	Twice in a year
Examination pattern	MCQ based with single correct response
Mode of Conduct	Computer based
No. of Questions	300
Time Allotted	2 hrs and 30 min for each part (Total 5 hrs)
Negative marking	No
Syllabus	As indicated in Prospectus
Qualifying Criteria	Score 150 out of 300
Examination date	December 21, 2017
Result Declaration	By January 21, 2018
