You must incorporate a regular exercise regime in your day. Even if the workout session lasts 30 mins each day, it’s going to do wonders to your body and your mind.
Apart from that, maintaining a balanced diet and having nutritious meals is crucial to fuel the body for demanding tasks.
And, when it comes to mental health, seeking therapy from professionals when needed shouldn’t be seen as a disgrace. Therapy is a proactive step toward maintaining emotional stability.
You are most likely to experience burnout if you don’t draw a line between work and personal life. Establishing clear boundaries is important if you wish to protect your personal time.
You must develop a “shutdown” routine at the end of the day including all the activities you think can calm your mind. These can be anything ranging from walking to journaling to meditating.
You can even practise turning off work-related notifications during off hours. This will allow you to rejuvenate without interruption.
