- The overall difficulty level of the GATE CS paper was moderate to difficult.
- There were a total of 15 MSQs, 32 MCQs, and 18 NATs
- Most of the questions were from Computer Network and Computer Organization
- Most of the questions were theory and conceptual based.
- The expected cut-off for the CS exam will be 28-30 this year as the exam was moderate to difficult.

Apart from General Aptitude, subjects such as Computer Network and Theory of Computation, had maximum marks weightage. GATE 2022 CS question paper will be available for download on the official website of IIT Kharagpur.
The cut-off for the GATE Computer Science and Information Technology exam will be available on 17th March along with the GATE 2022 result.
